Today, America is celebrating 'Independence Day'.

Independence Day is also referred to as the Fourth of July or July Fourth.

Accordig to Wikipedia, Independence Day is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence 241 years ago on July 4, 1776.

But to me, it's a perfect day to talk about all things related to freedom, especially in regards to your health!
So, what does freedom mean to your body? What does freedom mean to your life?

Here's what it means to me...

Freedom is one of my most important values.  It's right at the top along with personal growth and inspiration.

Freedom is about being informed so that I can make educated and informed choices.

Freedom is the choice to be able to courageously go after my dreams.

Freedom is the choice to be able to confidently say 'yes' to myself.

Freedom is the choice to be able to create a body and life that I love.  

Freedom is the choice to be able to buy real foods, as I choose.

Freedom is the choice to have food honestly labelled, so I can know what I am eating.

Freedom is the choice to be able to create a healthy body, so that I can feel strong and flexible.

Freedom is the choice to be able to breathe fresh oxygen, so I can nourish myself with energy.

Freedom is the option to be able to drink pure water, so I can hydrate my body, brain and cells.

Freedom is the choice to be able to stay light, travel light and share light with the world.

And, now, I'd love to know what does freedom mean to you?
