In my experience, nothing can compare with the pure joy, love, wonder, beauty and abundance that I have been able to enjoy from using my intuition.

Here are 7 ways to help you access more of your natural intuitive abilities.

1. Listen to your heart.

Listening to your heart is one of the best ways to break free of your conditioned self so you can start accessing more of your natural intuitive abilities.

Your heart always knows the right way to live.  The challenge is that the mind will often override this incredible source of intuitive wisdom.
Your heart is designed to guide you onto the path of living your dreams. When you start paying attention to it, you will be richly rewarded with intuitive information, clarity and direction.

2. Have the courage to be different.

To live an intuitive life, you must cultivate the courage to be different so that you can become uniquely you.

To do this start releasing the need to fit in. You do not need to do what everyone else is doing, particularly when it is not what you want to be doing.   Remember that you were born unique and it is your birthright to express this uniqueness to the world.

Having the courage to release any old and limiting conditioning that you have absorbed from your culture, family, workplace and society, can help you to live more intuitively and reveal more of who you really are.

3. Face your fears.

Facing your fears is a very important component of the intuitive path.  

Much of the limitation and restriction we experience in our lives is directly correlated to our unaddressed fears.  When you turn and face your fears, quite often you will find that there really was nothing to be afraid of in the first place.

4. End unhealthy relationships.

To live an intuitive life, is to realize the power and effect of the people that you choose to surround yourself with.

Choose to be around people that support you on your path of being the best that you can be.  If you can’t be around supportive people, start spending more time on your own.  Creating more ‘me-time’ will naturally help you to hear and access more of your intuition.

Have the strength to stop compromising in your life. Remind yourself that when you let go of anyone who is not supporting the realization of your dreams, it creates space for the people that will.

5.  Do the work that you love.

Doing work that you love is an essential part of living a more intuitive life.

If you haven’t found work that you love yet, start experimenting with new activities in your spare time and notice the things that make you happy. Ask your intuition to guide you in doing this.

As you shift your focus from simply paying the bills or making money to doing the type of work that is aligned with your passions, you open your life to great new possibilities. Trust that the more you love the work that you do, the easier it will be for your life and money to flow.

6. Clean up your diet.

There is a connection between what you eat and what happens in your life.

To access more of your intuition, start to clean up your diet by eating more ‘whole foods’ and less ‘processed fake foods’.  What I have discovered is that when I began to pay attention to the foods that I ate, not only did my life transform but I was also able to access more of my intuition.  

Eating whole foods, particularly greens, will pave the way for your intuition to be heard more easily. Do this and watch the ‘miracles’ begin to unfold in your life.

7. Go beyond your comfort zone.

To live an intuitive life, it is important that you allow yourself to go beyond what is comfortable for you.

Every time you go beyond your comfort zone, you expand what is possible for your life as well as your ability to make new connections. When you expand your horizons, your self-worth will expand naturally as well.  

Start by taking small steps outside your comfort zone so that you can build up to taking bigger risks in your life. This will allow you to always keep learning and growing and develop more confidence in your natural intuitive self.
