1 grapefruit (juiced)
2 lemons (juiced)
1 cup filtered water
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive or flax seed oil
1 inch slice fresh ginger (peeled)
A dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender.
Drink first thing in the morning. Excellent for flushing toxins from the liver.
Squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge into your water. (Really tasty either hot or cold).
