In my many years of teaching international yoga retreats, I have noticed that the people who experience really deep and long lasting transformation, are the ones who are often least expecting it.
So how do you know if a yoga retreat is right for you? Here are 4 good reasons...

Melanie, a nurse from the UK had a demanding work life. When she arrived at one of my ‘Yoga and Healing Retreats’ she felt totally exhausted and in desperate need of a break.
