It's golden treasure, just for you.
Those gentle flutters, gut feelings,
quiet murmurings of your heart.
It's an awakening from within,
Of your spirit, of your self...
Within you are all the answers
All the knowledge, that you seek.
Take a moment to look inside.
Listen and trust.
And, know that everything
You ever needed is right here,

But, here's the thing,
Often it comes in a different form.
Disguised as problems, challenges,
Difficulties and obstacles,
Conflict and confusion.
But, please don't numb it.
Don't ignore it.
Instead I invite you to
And, know that it's okay to release it.
It's time to let it go.
All the masks, all the stories
The conditioning, habits from the past
The old patterns of limitation.
It's time to let them go with love.
They aren't you.
They never were.
Release them with gratitude.
No need to hold on so tightly.
Breathe deeply, loosen your grip
Know that this is YOUR time.
Let yourself fly.
Let yourself shine brightly.
Give yourself permission
To go beyond
Who you thought you were.
So you can
Bravely step up
And really be
Who you were destined to be...
Let this pain
Be your doorway
