If you want to make changes in your life the question that you can start by asking yourself right now, is this one, 'Is it worth it?'
Is it truly worth it?
To heal old patterns and to truly create a different result in your life, it is going to require you to do something different. You know that, right?
For most human beings, they like things that are familiar, the same. They don't like change. It's too hard. They don't like giving up their favorite foods, their addictions, the familiar patterns, their daily habits...
So, in the beginning of the healing process, things may not be easy... You will more than likely face inner resistance, drama, tears and along the way you'll probably fail, fall down, want to cry, want to stop, want to quit... But, if your dream is really big enough and if it is compelling enough for you, you won't let anything stand in your way! Choose a dream that excites you!
Whatever the dreams that are living inside of you, I know that you can achieve them. Put your heart and mind into them, but before you set off on the journey, remember to ask yourself the question, 'Is it worth it?'
And, be totally honest with yourself.
Updating your dreams
If your truthful answer is a 'no', that's great information. Spend time to find another dream that truly lights you up from within. Don't waste your precious life force energy chasing something that you are not really prepared to put everything on the line for...
BUT, if your answer is a resounding 'yes', then oh my gosh, go for it! Put your heart and soul into this! Give yourself permission to start living your dream right now, SEE it, BREATHE it, VISUALISE it and SPEAK it into existence!
Know and believe in every single cell in your body that you really can do this! And, whatever happens on your healing journey, just keep going... Keep focusing on your end result. Stay connected to your body, keep listening to your heart...
And, someday, not too far in the future, I'll see you there...
