I like to eat greens everyday. One of the best ways is to drink them! A juice or a smoothie - don't let the green put you off.. Now, if I miss a few days of greens, my body starts to crave them! Crazy, I know, but true!
One of my favourite recipes is my Green Smoothie. It contains miracle healing powers and also tastes delicious as well.
When I started eating lots of greens everyday, I was able to naturally alkalise and detoxify my body. Amazingly, before my very eyes both my asthma and exczma cleared and I started to lose weight! A true miracle!
Below is my green smoothie recipe as well as a video clip of how to pull it all off in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients
Bunch of greens (young spinach, kale, or parsley)
1/2 cucumber
2 apples
1 pear
Agave nectar
Cinnamon
Instructions
Blend all the greens and fruits togother using a blender. Once blended add Agave nectar, cinnompn and linseeds to taste.
Preparation time
10 minutes.
