Elizabeth Gilbert (A Balinese Meditation from "Eat, Pray, Love")

Ingredients

1 grapefruit (juiced),

2 lemons (juiced),

1 cup filtered water,

dash of cayenne pepper (optional),

1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive or

flax seed oil,

1 inch slice fresh ginger (peeled) and BLEND together.

Instructions

Drink first thing in the morning. Excellent for flushing toxins from the liver.

Squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge into your water. (Really tasty either hot or cold).

Preparation time

10 minutes.
