This smoothie recipe is a delicious treat and so full of healthy goodness!
1 cup of fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries are all good)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of ground seeds (sesame, sunflower, linseed, almonds, brazil nuts)
2 cups of rice milk (alternatively: almond milk or soya milk)
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
