Goddess Porridge

Here'a simple, easy recipe to blow off those winter blues, and warm you all the way through - mind, body and heart.... You could be eating something, filling, nutritious and heart warming in just minutes - in-joy! :)


Oats (organic if possible! - about 1/2 cup)
Water - (cold, about 1 to 1 1/2 cups)

Handful of

- strawberries

- chopped dates,

- sultanas,

- apricots,

- prunes,

- figs,

- dried cranberries,

- seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin) of your choice...

Preparations Instructions

Cook up on medium temperature for 5 to 10 minutes, then throw in whatever yummy and interesting foods you have in the cupboard to make a treat fit for a Goddess...

Ooh and don't forget to crush over a small amount of sea salt (I use the lovely Maldon brand) Add a splash of apple juice, or cream for a special treat ..........

Food fit for the Gods and Goddesses ... YUM YUM!
