1. Raw honey

Raw honey has never been tampered with or heat-treated above 95 degrees.

It is unprocessed, unpasteurised and unfiltered. This allows it to retain all of its’ natural healing properties.

The fructose in the honey helps to heal digestive disorders, detoxify the body,

and boost the immune system. Raw honey can also assist with muscle relaxation, bone strength and liver regeneration.

2. Bee propolis extract

Bee propolis extract is also known as ‘bee glue’. It is super strong and is what bees use to seal and repair their hives!

For thousands of years, folk medicine practitioners have used bee propolis to treat all kinds of ailments including abscesses, warts, wounds, infections and sore throats.

Propolis was even listed as an official drug in the London pharmacopoeias of the 17th century.

Modern studies confirm a long list of health benefits offered by bee propolis.

3. Raw bee pollen

Bee Pollen is made by honeybees and it is the food for the young bee.

And it also tastes amazing. I enjoy it sprinkled on my morning breakfast bowl with either fruit or yogurt.
