How much water are you drinking each day? Today see if you can keep yourself hydrated all day!
I drink about 2 -4 Litres of water a day which I find easy, especially if you use my little morning trick of drinking 500 mls before I even get out of bed! Another tip is to drink hot water with lemon, lemon and ginger, a cinnamon stick or for a minty taste try infusing fresh peppermint leaves in hot water. Ahhh... lovely! :)
Think about this, water is more important for you than food. As soon as you wake up in the morning think of water, even before breakfast!
