Recently I have had so many lovely comments on my skin. So I decided to share with you my 5 personal secrets to creating beautiful soft and radiant glowing skin...So use them to create healthy skin that is clear and radiant...
1. Drink lots of water
- 500mls-1Litre upon waking, before getting out of bed. Then another 1-2 Litres throughout the day.
2. Green things up!
Lots of green foods, fruits, superfoods and vegetables - salads, soups, smoothies, juices...
3. Eliminate toxic foods.
No sugar and with the rare exception, no toxic foods - instead of commercial branded chocolate try the yummy (and even raw) chocolate bars, L'arabars, Trek Bars or NakD bars, Bliss Bombs and raw chocolate or 70% cacao chocolate for sweet treats (all available at Whole Foods in London - check your local health food shop for sugarfree 'healthy' treats...
4. Use natural skin products
Minimal amounts of natural skin detergents, deodorant and creams that feed your skin and body.
5. Be kind to yourself
Being kind to myself, listening to my body, and sleeping when I'm tired.
