1. Katrina's signature Breakthrough Healing Session (90 minutes)

Katrina's Breakthough Healings are her signature work. Each session is completely unique and she has had remarkable results with people from all over the the world. Katrina blends a combination of intuitive healing tools to release tension and stress from the body and mind. After a breakthrough healing session with Katrina, clients are left feeling lighter, brighter energised and revitalised. For two weeks in June, Katrina will be staying with us at Borgo Santo Pietro holding yoga and healing sessions for guests.

2. Morning Yoga Classes (1 hour - for guests only)

Katrina Love Senn teaches healing Hatha Yoga which is her own blend of Yoga, breathing, stretching, visualisation, intention and personal enquiry. Her unique yoga techniques help students to strengthen their mind body connection, promoting richer levels of creativity and spirituality. She infuses her classes with kindness, compassion and a sense of play and her classes are suitable for students of all levels including beginners.

3. Meditation Classes (1 hour)

These relaxing classes are perfect for beginners and anyone who wishes to learn more about the benefits of meditation.  Make the most of the magical tuscan climate and sign up for Katrina's open air meditation sessions which will be held in the enchanted gardens at Borgo. Designed to improve concentration, focus and relaxation, the meditation sessions also promote an overall sense of wellbeing and calm.
